Welcome! Learn about our community, or reach out and introduce yourself below. . Our Team Our History (coming soon)
Contact Us Instagram Facebook The Dynamite Hill-Smithfield Community Land Trust was formed in 2016 to recognize our neighborhood’s history of civil rights activism and to build a sustainable future for the people who live there today. We envision a living relationship with the land that honors sacred historical sites, preserves green spaces, and ensures our community’s health through future generations. We bring about this vision through common land ownership, using the shared sites for regenerative community agriculture, permanently affordable eco-housing, and historic and cultural preservation and remembrance.
